Age Restriction
The minimum age for admission to our concerts is 16 years. We admit children from the age of 10, if they are accompanied by an adult.
Exceptions will be announced for each event.

Cash & Vouchers
CASH IS KING
Paying at the bar and grill is possible with cash or TWINT. We also accept euros.
Tickets at the box office can be paid with cash, card and vouchers.
VOUCHERS:
Ticket vouchers of any required value (in Swiss Francs) can be purchased in the Z7 online web shop as well as at the box office and can also be redeemed in the Z7 webshop or at the box office.
When a ticket voucher is purchased, a credit account is automatically opened with the voucher number and relative email address. When the voucher is redeemed in completely or partially for a concert or another Z7 event, the available credit is reduced accordingly.
Ear plugs
To protect your ears, ask for ear plugs at the bar (free of charge).

TICKET REFUND:
Tickets can only be refunded in the event of a cancellation. In the event of a postponement, the tickets remain valid for the new date -
please wait until the new date is known. If this is not possible for you, you can also return your tickets within the deadline.
Please return your tickets to where you bought them within 30 days of their announcement.
