HEAVYSAURUS are a true phenomenon. With acclaimed performances across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, appearances on the country’s biggest festival stages and an impressive No. 9 chart position, the band has become one of the biggest names in family entertainment. In 2027, Germany’s biggest family rock band embarks on its next adventure. Following the release of their new album Mission Dino Power (5 February 2027), HEAVYSAURUS hit the road on the MISSION DINO POWER TOUR 2027. This time, the four dinosaurs and the dragon become the world’s mightiest rock superhero gang, bringing an all-new live show packed with brand-new songs, exciting adventures and thrilling stories.

Music for children – but not childish music

HEAVYSAURUS make music for children, but not children’s music in the traditional sense. Everything is authentic: real musicians, real instruments and a genuine live performance featuring original songs filled with powerful riffs, huge choruses and classic rock and metal elements. The MISSION DINO POWER TOUR 2027 once again delivers a professionally produced rock show with everything that belongs to it – designed for children, highly interactive and enormous fun, yet always taken seriously. For many children, it will be their very first big concert experience, while parents celebrate or rediscover their own love of rock music. By the end of the show, everyone is raising the horns together. At HEAVYSAURUS, generations celebrate side by side – whether they’re four, fourteen or forty-four.

Five heroes. Five superpowers. One mission.

In the world of Mission Dino Power, every band member discovers their own unique superpower – all inspired by the values that have always defined HEAVYSAURUS: music, friendship, courage and solidarity. Milli Pilli (Centrosaurus, keyboards) unleashes the magical power of her keys. Komppi Momppi (Apatosaurus, drums) delivers the unstoppable beat that drives everyone forward. Muffi Puffi (Stegosaurus, bass) gets even the biggest dinosaurs headbanging with his groove. Riffi Raffi (dragon, guitar) commands the most powerful guitar riffs in the universe. And Mr. Heavysaurus (T. Rex, vocals) keeps the whole crew together through his charisma and the power of the legendary “metal horns”. Together, they encourage children to discover their own talents and strengths – never preachy, always imaginative, humorous and full of rock’n’roll.

From the children’s room to the biggest festival stages

What began with a simple question – how can children be introduced to rock, metal and the magic of live music in a playful yet musically serious way? – has grown into a phenomenon enjoyed by several generations. The HEAVYSAURUS universe is also expanding rapidly online. Since 2024, the band has gained more than 250,000 new social media followers, while their videos have surpassed 100 million views. Under the banner of #TeamPommesgabel, a huge community has emerged where young and old rock fans come together.

Dino metal with a social mission

With the new tour, the band continues its support for Die Arche, an organisation dedicated to helping disadvantaged children and families. One euro from every ticket sold goes to charity: 50 cents as a direct donation and another 50 cents to fund special activities such as concert visits, excursions and shared experiences. Because music is meant to be shared – and every child deserves the chance to experience the excitement, emotion and togetherness of real live music.

For parents

The concert experience is primarily designed for children aged approximately three to eleven, but it is equally enjoyable for parents, grandparents and siblings. Shows take place at family-friendly times and at a volume adapted for young ears. Nevertheless, as every child reacts differently, hearing protection is recommended. Whenever venue conditions allow, there is a dedicated children’s area directly in front of the stage, offering the best possible view for young fans. A limited number of Meet & Greet tickets are also available, giving children the chance to meet the dinosaurs in person, take photos, collect autographs, shake real dinosaur paws and ask every question their little dino-metal hearts can think of.
