Be Careful When Buying Tickets
Tickets for events at Konzertfabrik Z7 are only available through official channels, including the Z7 website and authorized ticket platforms.
We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from unauthorized resellers such as Viagogo, as these tickets are often overpriced and may not be valid for entry.
To ensure you receive genuine tickets at fair prices, please use only these official channels:
- Konzertfabrik Z7 (www.z-7.ch)
- Ticketcorner
- SeeTickets
- Reservix
* In individual cases, tickets may also be sold via additional providers.
Awareness & Verhalten
Everyone should feel safe and welcome at Z7. There is no place for sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, extremist behaviour or violence. No means no. Boundary violations, harassment, threats or corresponding statements will result in expulsion from the venue and ticket cancellation.
If you notice or experience anything, immediately contact our bar staff or security team – we will take care of it, listen, de-escalate situations, and arrange a safe space or medical assistance if needed.
Mosh pit etiquette: Look out for others, help people up if they fall, no elbow attacks.
Respect the privacy of others: no photos/videos of people without their consent.
Accessibility / Seating
- Wheelchair users require a regular ticket; one accompanying person receives free admission.
- Z7 is almost fully accessible. Only the restrooms inside the hall require stepping over a single step. The outdoor restroom facilities are accessible via a ramp. On the right side of the hall, there is a large platform with a ramp. At the front, a designated wheelchair area with good stage visibility is available. Use is voluntary – everyone is free to choose their place in the venue. Our guests and security staff are always available to help wherever support is needed.
- If you are not comfortable standing for long periods and would appreciate seating, please ask for a bar stool or chair at the large bar on the right side of the hall. We recommend positioning yourself on one of the platforms for a good seated view of the stage.
- There are no designated wheelchair parking spaces. To minimize walking distance, please speak to our parking staff at the roundabout barrier. In most cases, we can assign a parking spot close to the entrance. Tip: Arrive a bit earlier if possible. Alternatively, drop-off and pick-up directly at the entrance is possible. If you need assistance in advance, please let us know in time (contact), so we can prepare accordingly.

Found something? Please hand it to the bar or security – thank you!

Frequently Asked Questions
Why create a Z7 account?
Creating an account on the new Z7 website is not mandatory, but it offers several practical advantages:
- Faster checkout: Your address and contact details are saved, so you don’t have to re-enter them for every order and avoid typing errors.
- Access to your tickets: All your tickets are stored in your user account. You can re-download them at any time – even if you’ve lost the order confirmation email or your paper ticket.
- Access to the notice board: Creating or responding to “search” or “offer” posts on the notice board requires an account. This helps protect the community from misuse.
- Order overview: You can view past orders, download invoices again and update your personal details if needed.
You can still place orders without registering. However, for notice board posts and easy access to your tickets, we recommend creating an account.

Where and how do I order tickets for events at Z7?
Tickets for concerts at Konzertfabrik Z7 are available via the official advance sales channels: Z7, Ticketcorner, SeeTickets and Reservix.
Buying tickets directly via Z7
On our website, we now also offer digital e-tickets. No shipping, no waiting, no “I lost my tickets”!
You receive your tickets by email immediately after purchase. At the entrance, simply show the QR code – either printed or on your smartphone. You can re-download your e-tickets at any time via your customer account at www.z-7.ch.
Payment options: Credit card, TWINT, Bank transfer, Z7 voucher.
Yellow hardtickets
Would you like our classic yellow paper tickets? No problem – they’re still available.
Simply tick “I would like a paper ticket” when purchasing your ticket. Paper tickets can either be sent to you by post or deposited at the box office for a small fee.
When purchasing a paper ticket online, you will automatically also receive the same ticket as a digital e-ticket by email. If you lose your paper ticket, you can still use the e-ticket.
Box office
Tickets for upcoming concerts are also available directly at the Z7 box office. The box office is open only on concert days, usually from door opening time.
Payment options: Cash (EUR accepted), Credit cards, TWINT, Z7 vouchers.
What happens if a concert is cancelled or postponed?
If a concert is cancelled, there will be no replacement date. In this case, you can apply for a ticket refund.
If a concert is postponed, it will take place on a replacement date.
Your tickets remain valid for the new date.
If the new date does not suit you, you may apply for a ticket refund.
How can I get tickets if a concert is sold out?
For sold-out concerts, no tickets are available – not even at the box office. On SeeTickets.ch, you can join a waiting list (without guarantee).
Please buy tickets only via the official Z7 channels (our website and authorized ticket platforms). We warn against unauthorized resellers such as Viagogo: tickets there are often overpriced and may be invalid at the entrance.
Tip: Check our notice board. Someone else might not be able to attend at short notice and offer their tickets for sale. You can also create a “Looking for tickets” post yourself.
Are there Z7 gift vouchers available?
Vouchers can be purchased and redeemed either via the webshop or at the box office, for a freely selectable amount (CHF).
When purchasing a voucher, a credit account linked to the voucher number and email address is created.
When buying tickets, the amount is deducted from the voucher balance.
Z7 vouchers do not expire.
My voucher code doesn’t work – what can I do?
You have entered your voucher code correctly, but the voucher cannot be found? In most cases, this is due to the following reason:
With the launch of our new Z7 website, a new voucher system has also been implemented in the background. Vouchers issued before 19 January 2026 can no longer be read by this system.
No worries – simply email info@z-7.ch with your voucher number and security code.
We’ll issue you a new voucher with the same value, valid on our new website or at the box office.
Where can I eat and drink at Z7?
You won’t go thirsty at Z7:
We have two bars offering everything your throat desires – soft drinks, coffee & tea, energy drinks, wine & sparkling wine, beer (including our own Z7 Pale Ale, brewed exclusively for us and definitely worth a try!), aperitifs, long drinks, whisky and gin.
No cocktails – they just don’t fit our vibe.
Hungry?
Outside the hall, directly on the Z7 grounds, you’ll find our grill stand with sausages and sandwiches, fries, falafel and sweets.
The full food & drink offering can be found HERE (link).
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No. Bringing your own food or drinks is generally not permitted.
Exceptions may be made in justified individual cases – please inform the security staff at the entrance.
Is there a cloakroom in the Z7?
Yes! The cloakroom is located directly after ticket control at the entrance.
Fee: CHF 2.00 per item.
*For very small concerts, the cloakroom may remain closed.
I’m unsure – can I reserve a ticket?
Unfortunately, no. We cannot accept non-binding reservations.
Can I rent Z7 for a private event?
No. We like concerts more than birthdays and weddings.
Can I rent Z7 for a business event?
Usually no.
We are a cultural venue and don’t want great concerts to be cancelled because a date is blocked by a business event.
Our program is difficult to plan far in advance, so rentals for business dinners, anniversaries, workshops, etc. are only rarely possible.
However: You’re welcome to send us a non-binding inquiry with the following details:
- Company
- Type of event
- Expected number of guests
- Preferred date (alternatives welcome)
If it fits, we’ll get back to you. If not, we’ll let you know – and keep the stage free for the next concert highlight.
Where can I stay overnight nearby?
We recommend several hotels nearby, suitable for almost every budget:
