TOUR OF THE GRAVE

Orden Ogan stand at the forefront of modern power metal – dark, melodic and technically refined. Classic metal structures meet cinematic scope and a pronounced sense for atmosphere and storytelling. In January 2027, Orden Ogan bring their new masterpiece Lords Of The Grave to Z7 – joined by Finnish folk metal giants Ensiferum as a high-profile special guest. Band leader Sebastian “Seeb” Levermann explains: “Even though we come from different subgenres, our styles complement each other perfectly. This tour combines epic power, melody and intensity at the highest level – exactly what both bands stand for.”

Germany’s melodic power metal institution Orden Ogan will deliver a massive kickoff to the 2027 concert year. The new tour kicks off in Munich on January 7, with the new album Lords Of The Grave released the following day. With two consecutive Top 3 albums (Final Days and The Order of Fear), a nearly sold-out headline tour in 2025 and massive festival performances that have long reached headliner level, Orden Ogan have become one of the dominant forces in modern power metal. Few bands in the scene combine epic storytelling, monumental live shows and such a loyal fan base at this level. After their joint tour with Wind Rose, Orden Ogan now announce their biggest and most ambitious concert journey yet: the Tour Of The Grave. The new album marks the next stage in the band’s evolution. Musically, Lords Of The Grave continues their path without compromise: darker, heavier power metal, driven by massive walls of guitars, soaring melodies and choruses made for arenas. Sebastian “Seeb” Levermann sums up what fans can expect from the upcoming tour: “An even more epic show than ever before. Anyone who knows Orden Ogan knows that our concerts are always a huge party with the audience – but this tour will be the biggest party of them all.”

Joining them on stage is Ensiferum, one of Europe’s most influential folk metal bands. For decades, the Finns have combined Nordic folklore with melodic heaviness, hymn-like power and epic choruses. With their unmistakable style blending folk, viking and melodic death metal, Ensiferum have built a loyal global fanbase and are widely regarded as one of the defining bands of the genre. Their shared history with Orden Ogan goes back a long way: as early as 2008, Ensiferum appeared as headliners at the WinterNachtsTraum festival organized by Orden Ogan. Nearly two decades later, two established European metal acts meet again on the same stage – a package uniting epic melodies, powerful heaviness and electrifying live energy.
